1. Assess & quote before you start. Check the rash depth, snap a "before" photo, and confirm your price with the customer.
2. Mount a backing pad and mandrel to your drill.
3. Start with the roughest grit disc and work the damaged area until the rash is knocked down and the transition is smooth.
4. Step down through each grit, one at a time — each grit removes the marks left by the one before it.
5. Finish with the fine surface-conditioning pad to leave a smooth, paint-ready surface.
6. Wipe the wheel down and snap your "after" photo — same angle as your before shot.
